C license - Coaches report and recommendation from a Snowsport England - Scotland coach or other international qualified mogul coach and then to be signed off by GBS head coach and performance director. 

B license - Coaches report and recommendation from a Snowsport England - Scotland coach or other international qualified mogul coach and then to be signed off by Head GBS moguls coach and by GBS head coach and performance director. 
(This would also depend on if athlete has the right amount of FIS point required to compete at this level)
